Our prints don’t crack, peel or fade – we don’t monkey around with our DTF Transfers !
Print size: 58cm wide x 100cm in length.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
All gang sheets are to be either PDF or png only.
All artwork must be provided in high resolution – min. 300DP| & with a 100% transparent background.
1 x Gang Sheet = Size 58cm x 100cm . The maximum Gang Sheet upload size is 58cm x 200cm.
Artwork with areas less than 1mm or 4 pixels will most likely be too thin and won’t transfer to the garment properly. * To check this, you can make a 1mm circle and move it over your artwork, if the circle overlaps elements of your design then they are too thin.
DTF can’t achieve neon or metallic colours or anything with a fade-out/shadow effect.
The customer is responsible to provide quality artwork & ensure that no copyright has been provided.
DTF HEAT TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS
DTF prints are for the use of commercial heat presses not an iron /heat pad as it requires even heat and pressure.
Heat Press Temperature 150 degrees
Use firm pressure betwwen 40 – 80 psi
Press for 6 seconds, peel & repress again for 6 seconds with a Teflon sheet to get the best results
1. Be sure to cut the coloured bar/strip at the edge of the film before pressing
2. Store your heat transfers in a cool dry place, with maximum humidity of <50%.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to these transfers being customised, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchange.
TURN AROUND TIMES
Turnaround time is 24 hours, pending payment clearance & starts from when your artwork is approved.
Orders placed by 3pm will be dispatched (or ready for pick up) by end of next business day.
SHIPPING
We use Couriers & Australia Post for deliveries.
Postage Fees $12.95 (Regular Post) or $17.95 (Express Post).
At checkout we also offer insurance postage at a small fee which covers damage or loss.
